Goals

  • Increase awareness and media visibility around Awin’s trial and transition to a four-day working week (Flexi-Week).

  • Communicate improvements in employee wellbeing seen during the Flexi-Week trial to internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Designed and conducted an employee survey to capture quantitative and qualitative feedback.

  • Collaborated with the Design team to develop an engaging infographic visualising key survey findings.

  • Supported the Comms team by helping draft and proofread the press release and assisted with media outreach via PR platforms.

Results

  • Achieved strong participation, with more than half of all Awin employees worldwide completing the survey (650+ responses) - the highest response rate of any internal survey conducted.

  • Coverage secured in Business Matters and EmployeeBenefits.co.uk, with additional quotes appearing in The Guardian and Bloomberg.
