Communicate improvements in employee wellbeing seen during the Flexi-Week trial to internal teams.
Responsibilities
Designed and conducted an employee survey to capture quantitative and qualitative feedback.
Collaborated with the Design team to develop an engaging infographic visualising key survey findings.
Supported the Comms team by helping draft and proofread the press release and assisted with media outreach via PR platforms.
Results
Achieved strong participation, with more than half of all Awin employees worldwide completing the survey (650+ responses) - the highest response rate of any internal survey conducted.
Coverage secured in Business Matters and EmployeeBenefits.co.uk, with additional quotes appearing in The Guardian and Bloomberg.
